CPTA Board Meeting
The Champlin Park Theatre Association will be holding their final board meeting for the 2024 / 2025 school year on Wednesday, June 4th at Broadway Pizza in Champlin. This meeting is open to the public, but not required for non-board members.
Year End Theatre Banquet
Please join the Champlin Park Theatre Association in celebrating the 2024-2025 Theatre season on Sunday, May 18th @ 6 PM at the Edinburgh Golf Course Banquet Hall. This event is open to ANY CPHS student, and their family members who have participated in any of this years productions. This applies to all Actors, Tech, and Pit members. The students who participated and join us at the banquet will have their meal covered by the CPTA.

CPTA Board Meeting
The Champlin Park Theatre Association will be holding their post show Board Meeting. This will be a virtual event. If you’re interested in attending, please email us at cptheatreassoc@gmail.com and let us know. We’ll provide you with a link to the virtual event as we get closer to the date. This meeting is open to the public, but not required for non-board members.
HADESTOWN STRIKE
After the final performance of Hadestown, we’ll need help taking the set down. This is going to be a large set, so we’ll need as many hands as we can get. If you’re available to help us out, please consider doing so.

CPHS Theatre Alums - If you’ve ever taken part in a Champlin Park High School Theatre production, this is the show for you. Whether you performed on stage, played in an orchestra pit, or did Tech, we’d love to see you back. It does not matter if you were in a show in 1992, 2024, or anywhere in between. Come on back and show this current generation of performers and crew members some support, and let them hear the love of those who’ve come before them! Alums do NOT get free admission, but you do get an Alum pin when you check in at the concessions stand and let them know you’re an Alum.
Please note that ALL are welcome to this show and you do NOT need to be an alumni to enjoy the performance.
Culvers Night
Come on out and support the cast of Hadestown and the CPHS Theatre department. Cast and crew members of Hadestown will be onsite at the Culvers in Champlin to run food to cars and tables. 10% of all food sales during this time will go towards the theatre department, so come on out for a meal and support your local theatre department.

Photographer will be onsite to take photos for the headshot board. Please be sure to let your student know they need to be there this day.
Cub Foods Fundraiser
Come support the CPHS Theatre department by shopping at the Brooklyn Park North Cub Foods off of 610. The cast and crew of Hadestown will be onsite bagging groceries and answering questions about their upcoming Musical, “Hadestown”

The Music Man - STRIKE
Students who participated in the fall production of The Music Man are required to stay after the performance to help remove the set and clear the stage.

Culver’s Share Night
Come to Culvers in Champlin from 5:00 - 9:00 PM. Students from the Champlin Park Theatre Program will be onsite running food to tables and assisting the Culver’s Staff. A portion of the proceeds during this time will go towards the Theatre Program.
